Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase from PrestigeGurlz. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear items cannot be returned.
To initiate a refund or exchange, a valid receipt is required. The item must be in a saleable condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. (This doesn’t apply to underwear and panties) Please ensure that the return request is made within 10 days of the original purchase.
